  • coog natively supports multi-headers, but it is now possible to force single-insured management for a product
  • Ability to restart the underwriting process for a declined quote

  • Automated termination or underwriting of cover following the application of an endorsement to a member
  • Management of documents required for endorsements
  • Addition of a rider dedicated to changing the bank account for personal benefits
  • Management of risk analysis for endorsements

  • Possibility to parameterize loan business typologies (e.g. LOA lease, In fine, Amortizable, Step amortizable, etc.)
  • Termination rules can be evaluated for each loan, enabling coverage of certain loans to fall before others.
  • Possibility of entering a total deferment on bridging and bullet loans

Health

  • Management of a default noemization end date to avoid resending information at each renewal until this date has passed (e.g.: 12/31/2024)
  • Manage refusal of noemization

Claims

  • Termination of contracts and cover when policyholder or insured dies

  • Monetico payment management
  • Possibility of offsetting customer debts via claim reimbursements

Desktop publishing

  • Freely enter recipient’s postal or email address in print wizard
  • Attach previously generated attachments: coog can now reuse valid documents previously generated and stored in DMS with the correct document type, instead of re-generating it. Allows the user to potentially modify or change an attachment and send the e-mail with the modified attachments.
  • Double validation on personalized document production requests (proofreading of junior profile customer communications)
  • Possibility of manually enriching document production requests
  • Display of document production requests linked to a person
  • Enrichment of the mail template analysis tool to search for indentation errors and to analyze the dynamic content of a document. The action is available from one (or n) mail template(s) -> Find and replace.
  • Possibility of triggering automatic document printing for each contract loan
  • Enable authorized users to change the blocking/non-blocking status of a requested document from within coog
  • Definition of composite document types, and management of partial receptions, enabling you to say that you have received a subset of the requested document (e.g. the front of a National Identity Card, but not the back).

Distribution

  • White label: configuration by distribution network
    • Electronic signature account
    • Paybox payment account
    • SEPA payment journals
  • Management of electronic signature service personalization by distribution network
  • Possibility of configuring the Paybox account to be used at distribution network level
  • Configuration of direct debit logs by distribution network. This can be used, for example, to configure different bank accounts / ICSs for each distributor, to be used for the contracts linked to them.
  • SEPA message sender overload to enable an account delegator to debit on behalf of the entity it represents.
  • New wizard for importing the distribution network hierarchy. It creates/updates the distribution network, the third party and all associated information (means of contact, address, orias, siren, external identifier) and creates the necessary identities/users according to the authentication system.

Technical kernel

  • Batch jobs can be monitored directly from the coog application. Redis is no longer required for batch processing.
  • New import batch for parameter files (JSON). From a configured directory, the batch imports recursively, sorting alphabetically.
